phpMyAdmin: version 2.6.4-pl1-
MySQL: 4.0.24
PHP: 4.4.0-3ubuntu1
Using the export function of phpMyAdmin I always have the AUTO_INCREMENT directive in the query generated code even if I deselect the checkbox.

seems that is gone away with
PHP version 4.4.0-3ubuntu2.
