Bug Description

Binary package hint: banshee

default is flac but no options for encoding are available.
Flac is also not a dependency or recommended package for banshee. However, libflac8 is installed.

Steps to reproduce;
1. install banshee (if it is not already installed).
2. open banshee go to edit, preferences, audio cd.
3. look at the default audio format.
4. Note it is flac and you do not have any options to edit it.

Please can you let us know what Ubuntu version and what Banshee version you are using so we can further investigate this issue?

Sorry i misread the codec as aac.
