Tool directory lost between sessions

The application forgets the location of the tools directory so that the user is forced to "Change Tool Dir." via the "Tool Configuration Properties" dialog box in order to locate the directory each time the application is run. This is very tedious and wastes user time. The system should remember the last used tool directory just as it correctly recalls the last used .printer file and the last used models directory.
