Bug Description
It should be possible to indicate a binary package name when filing a bug. We don't need to put it in the data model -- just make a best guess as to which source package name the binary package name corresponds to, use it if there's no ambiguity, and either allow the user to choose or add some text to the initial comment if not.

When fixing this, it would also be good to make it easy to file a bug if you just know a binary package name. We should have the data to make this possible.
