Some default bookmarks are not localized (spanish)

Bug Description

'Getting started' and 'Latest Headlines' should be localized. I'm including an screenshot.

Both bookmarks are localized. You should be sure to start Firefox the first time AFTER you've installed all the Spanish langpacks.

I'm not sure what you mean with starting it after installing the language packs. I did select spanish from the installer, so it should have been installed before firefox started, no? Anyway, I am at another installation at the moment, and both bookmarks still appear on english. Could it be a problem similar to bug #369697 where firefox is not updating the cache? Going to try a dpkg-reconfigure.
