Opening fade animation flashes when compiz animation plugin is on

Bug Description

Even though "!(title=notify-osd)" was added to animation plugin rules and fade-out flashing disappeared, now that same flash appeares during the fade-in animation.
Disabling the animation plugin resolves this issue.

Yes, you need to prevent both the animation and the fade plugin to touch the notification windows. Compiz default settings haven't been updated yet, but for people maintaining a custom configuration there is a FAQ to help you match the notification bubbles here: https://answers.launchpad.net/notify-osd/+faq/386
