Bug Description
My Epson CX6600 multifunction printer isn't detected by gnome-cups-manager ("Add printer").
The device file created by udev is /dev/usblp0, belonging to root, group: scanner, crw-rw-r-- (I belong to the scanner group)
If the write permission is added for everyone on this device (chmod a+w /dev/usblp0) , the printer is correctly detected.
A remedy, but probably not the best, is to modify the file /etc/udev/
