okular does not read CHM files

Bug Description
Binary package hint: okular-
In Alpha 4 for Jaunty 9.04 when I go to file/open I do not see any CHM files listed when using the "All Supported Files" filter. CHM files are also not seen in the filter selection. Also, when I go to a CHM file in Konqueror and select "open with" and select okular I get the error that no plugin is found.
