Did some updates to Epiphany-browser earlier today, and now none of the extesions work.

After looking around /usr/lib/epiphany-gecko, it looks like epiphany now uses a 2.25 folder, but epiphany extensions still use the 2.24 folder. It seems epiphany-extensions hasn't been updated to work with the new version yet.
