Bug Description
It is possible to edit a grouping of a transport arcs but it can make the net inconsistent (only one arc is edited, the other one
keeps the old grouping). Perhaps editing of grouping should be completely disallowed?
In the fix is has been disallowed but but in the menu there is an empty line instead now! Should be also removed from the menu
when right-clicked on a transport arc.
