Bug Description

Imgs associated with projects have no alt text. Alt text is what is displayed in place of image files on certain mobile devices, screen readers for visually impaired, browsers running over slow Internet connections, etc.

No longer valid. Alt text is taken from captions put on images; not all images have captions, so sometimes alt text is empty.
