Bug Description

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad X200 with Intel 5300ABGN.

With linux-image-2.6.28-8-generic I can't connect to my D-link DIR-855 wireless AP. I see a few other wireless networks with "iwlist scanning", but not my 5GHz network. This has started misbehaving since linux-image-2.6.28-7-generic but seems to have stopped working completely in linux-image-2.6.28-8-generic.

Wireless has worked flawlessly with 8.10 and up until linux-image-2.6.28-6-generic (I have been on Jaunty alpha since around christmas).

This could be a same problem described in #331092.
