Same problem here.

The fonts are now available at http://support.wolfram.com/technotes/fonts/unix/latestfonts.html

If you still want to use the same MathFonts_Type1_42.exe file I just found a link to it at http://support.wolfram.com/technotes/fonts/windows/latestfonts.html
