Bug Description
Should convert the current Combobox for the Location field in the Plant editor to use an Entry with completions instead and require that the completion be restricted to existing Locations.

Tried to get this to work with a completion on a gtk.ComboBoxEntry but it seems that these two don't play together nicely.
