Bug Description
Need to be able to define multiple term sections -- that is, several sections in separate terms that are, from the school's point of view, treated as one section. The default behavior should be that they have the same members, but the rosters also have to be individually editable, because a few people may only be in one half or the other. Probably just have an "import members from previous term" button and then allow regular editing.
