Doesn't create a hidden config-directory

Bug Description

Binary package hint: pysycache

pysycache creates a directory in my /home directory, I guess for the configuration files - just like other applications. But this directory is not hidden - the "." in front is missing. I guess I don't have to stress, that this is an unusual and a bit annoying behaviour.

Uname: Linux 2.6.27-12-generic i686
