On upgrade, I get:

I don't think I've ever modified these files by hand, so I shouldn't have been prompted; although it's hard now to tell for sure whether this was the case, so feel free to ignore this part of the bug. The real thing I'm reporting is the usage message given by ucf.

Confirming (including that the prompting is spurious - I definitely never modified those files.
