Bug Description
I'd like to be able to use the Launchpad API to get a GPG key for a PPA. This would allow me to write a script that allows someone to add a PPA via a command line
For example
ppa-add mez
Would add my PPA :D

Cool, we can do that. Bear in mind the soonish you will have to pass mez/ppa (Owner name, PPA name) in other to get named PPAs.
If I find extra time in 2.2.2 I will do that for you.
