Bug Description
The Launchpad footer and, with the forthcoming release of 2.2.2, the home page link to the help wiki. However, we could make the help wiki even more useful by linking directly to the relevant section from each section home page in Launchpad.
For example: bugs.launchpad.net should link to help.launchpad.
