Drupal puts a file in /etc/apache/conf.d/

Bug Description
Installing drupal seems to put the config file "drupal.conf" in /etc/apache/conf.d/ even though apache(1) isn't installed at all.
Perhaps a script to check what version of apache is installed and put a config file in the right directory?

This bug is from a now obsolete version of drupal. Newer versions don't have this problem.
