[wishlist] allow some services to preface a phrase to message

Bug Description
I'd love to be able to preface my facebook status update with 'gwibbered:' or 'says:' or something like that, since standard facebook syntax is different from twitter/identi.ca syntax. how hard would this be to implement? thanks!

I'd settle with removing "is: " from Facebook statuses :-/
