Some changes made for Ubuntu can be dropped, as upstream now support db4.7. Deleted:
+ configure.ac: inline patch to accept bdb 4.7
+ configure: autoreconfed to catch up with configure.ac patch
+ database.c: inline patch to recognize bdb 4.7
