Bug Description
To reproduce:
1/ Start a server, connect and log in as admin
2/ /admin move_to 1 armagetron.at:4539
Result:
You are shown an error message which tells you "armagetron.
Expected result:
You would be redirected to Fortress Café.

Right, MOVE_TO/KICK_TO expect a space instead of :, although it's help text says otherwise.
Using space is not straight-forward for an user, so I'll change it to handle : instead.
