ktnefviewer crashed with SIGSEGV in QString::append()

I opened ktnefviewer with a winmail.dat, which did not show any data for the file,
no content in rtf opened by openoffice and no attachments.
There should be content, but that's another problem.

After some operations ktnefviewer crashed while being in background.

...aside from the fact that the apport trace failed and ktnef viewer doesn't exist in the development version of Ubuntu. ;-) (Its functionality was integrated into KMail)
This crash probably can't happen since the support was rewritten for KMail.
