Launch totem when DVB card is connected

Bug Description

Binary package hint: totem

When the user connects a DVB card, nothing happens apparently. Even though DVB can be watched with Totem right away, nothing gives a hint to the user. I think that Totem should start automatically in DVB mode or, at least, spawn a dialogue window asking the user if he wants to watch TV now.

Correct me if I'm wrong but this is not a totem bug. What you want is the GNOME desktop to detect that a DVB device has been inserted and launch an application (preferably configurable).
