pget: don't create parent dir if source is missing

Bug Description

Currently `bzr pget /non/existing/source some/branch` will create parent destination dir for the cloned project *before* we will see that source URL/path maybe incorrect or non-existing. Therefore we leave the junk dir. This dir can be reused of course, but I'd like to avoid such sort of "warts".
