I have bulid a Patch from http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/xmltv/xmltv/grab/de_tvtoday/tv_grab_de_tvtoday.in?r1=1.30&r2=1.31

I hope the patch is right. (It is my first pacht)

       tv_grab_br_net, tv_find_grabbers, tv_validate_grabber, tv_validate_file.
     - Makefile.PL: commented out tv_grab_il due to its dependency on
       Locale::Hebrew, which is not in Debian
   * Updated usage for tv_grab_na_icons (closes: #362945)
   * Updated tv_grab_de_tvtoday for changes to website (closes: #369444)
