Saving last params for algorithms in RAM

Bug Description
I tuned my Force Atlas algorithm for example and after I changed and use Fruchterman Reingold. When I came back to Force Atlas, my tuned params where reseted. It was terrible :(

Actually to save params in Algorithms panel, you should save them as presets. Otherwise default values will be used when you select a new algorithm.
However params in algorithms should be kept within a same program execution. So we will try in a next release to do so.
