Docky doesn't update icon status for some apps that minimize to system tray.

When using Transmission (the bittorrent client) I get the following behavior when minimizing to the system tray:
a) The docky task icon isn't removed.
b) When activated, the icon doesn't toggle window status. (When clicked, doesn't maximize the app.)
(I attach a video of this behaviour.)

If a launch some app while in this state, the misbehaving icon is removed. I presume docky doesn't update the icon status when the app minimizes to the tray.

This is a two headed bug.
1) The transmission developers are braindead and instead of doing window.Hide () reposition the window offscreen (good job guys!)

2) Docky doesn't notice when transmission changes to being skip-tasklist

It looks like this bud need to be reassigned to the transmission package, because this way of "minimizing to tray" requires some ugly hacks from anyone who may decide to write a window list program (a Talika project (http://talika.sourceforge.net/)is an example of an arising gnome panel applet affected by this bug)

I reported the same bug a while ago and Dave said it was a ehrm.. "feature".
Glad it's fixed now, Gnome-Do is behaving correctly on my machine.
