Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

I am using an old laptop with pentium 3 and 196MB RAM. I usually do not open more than 6 tabs. It used to work. Occasionally slow though, i was ok with this. But after last updates by Ubuntu it crashes quite frequently.

Thanks for the follow up. I usually clear private data. It is set
so for privacy. But when i started firefox, after the first
crash yesterday, i cancelled clearing private data since i did
not want to wait for long to load the pages which i was reading.
It crashed again and again (without clearing private data). But
later i closed firefox and cleared private data. It did not
crash so far (few hours).

I do not see crashes these days. May be it is fixed with new versions i updated. Now i am using 3.0.10. You may close this bug.
