Attempted Access to vpn.sra.com Times Out

Bug Description

While attempting to access https://vpn.sra.com the CICSO Secure Desktop installation fails to start. After about a few minutes a timeout message is displayed.

In jaunty the page opens with "Welcome to the SRA Remote Access Gateway". there doesn't seem to be a way to test this without an account. Please recheck.
