Bug Description
Binary package hint: bzr-svn
Jaunty upgrades bzr-svn to 0.5.0 and this changed the revision-ids (specifically '%2F' to '/')
running 'bzr svn-upgrade' states bzr-rebase version of at least 0.4.3 is required, but jaunty only packages 0.4.2
can we instead package bzr-rebase 0.4.3?
