win32 emacs hangs while script is running

on py-execute-* emacs hangs until program is finished.
it's not very comfortable to debug programs with debug
output.

You can use 'C-u C-c C-c' to run the script asyncronously.

py-execute-... code changed thoroughly meanwhile.

This bug should not occur now.

Flag it "released".

Please make a new report from latest trunk resp. release, should you encounter difficulties.
