If someone sets through GIO an icon to a file using GEmblemedIcon, nautilus will not handle this, and will show a default icon (as a unknown file)

thank you for your work on that, the patch didn't get review from upstream maintainers on the upstream list yet and next tarball are due on monday, usually it's better to wait a bit on new tarball and upstream comments rather than running into backports this way, setting the bug to confirmed for now but not uploading, also try to use numerotation for changes rather than just a patch name when the package is doing that for other changes

I just saw the message on the mailing list, yes it's better to wait.
what's numerotation? the number before the filename? how can I choose
a correct number?

No, it was just a comment in the nautilus mailing list. anyway I've
not done further tests, maybe the fix was included
