Bug Description
This functionality is only implemented under Linux.
This bug is caused by revision 1073 of upicek.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Elisa and go to a screen for which you know what the widgets are
2. Change a property of one of these widgets in their corresponding styles.conf file
3. Save the file
Expected result:
The widget reflects the change in the property.
Current result:
Nothing happen at all. The widget remains unchanged.
