Bug Description

There are occasions (e.g. when projecting one's screen) where one doesn't want to have notification bubbles appearing; there doesn't seem to be a way to set such a configuration.

In particular, it would be great to bind that with the detection of a separate screen.

I am also interested in this feature. It is really annoying, when popups comes up during:
- films
- presentations
- games (causing to flicker the screen for 1-2 secs, which is pretty bad)

It would be a very cool thing if I can turn it off temporarily (maybe a switch as a panel item?).
