Bug Description
We need an easy way to print/export the official results of a heat or event.
This is useful at meets to report results as they come in.
A single icon in the heat results would be a possible place to put it. And maybe a print/export icon at the start/end of each event listed in the results screen.

Have put 2 buttons on the ResultsInput composite to enable printing of current Heat or Event. If you would prefer something a bit different stylewise let me know. Added to Cranbourne branch.
