Bug Description

Clean, fresh install of dapper flight 4.
My .xsession-errors gets filled with:

** (gnome-cups-icon:5120): WARNING **: IPP request failed with status 1030

A good 2347 lines of this, followed by

...Too much output, ignoring rest...

I have not configured any printer, nor even opened the printing GUI. (I have no printer.)

Well, bug #6711 is about failing to add new printers... I am not even trying to do that.

There is several bugs mentionning all those "IPP ... 1030", I've marked as duplicate of one of those, we have no interest to keep a bunch of bugs on the topic
