Bug Description

apps in Other that should be somewhere else:
  * gcompris should go in Games
  * Kalgebra, KBruch, Kig, KmPlot should be in Math
  * KNetAttach, Qt3Assistant, Qt4 Settings should be gone
  * KTurtle and KTouch should go somewhere

Some apps go in education - should that category die too?

If not I imagine some of the education games would prefer to be in
education than games.
