If gedit is open, the Fast User Switch Applet will not allow me to do a quick restart - it shows a dialog that says that "Text Editor" is blocking log out. This happens even when I have no unsaved changes in gedit.
How to reproduce:
1) Make sure you have gedit open, with no unsaved changes.
2) Click on the Fast User Switch Applet icon.
3) Choose Restart from the pull-down menu.
Expected behavior: The system should initiate a restart.
Actual behavior: A caption-less dialog appears, having the text "A program is still running" and showing the gedit icon.
100 % reproducible.

Thats not anything to do with the fast-user- switch- applet. gnome-session displays that dialog, but it is gedit that inhibits the session. I'll re-assign this to gedit, but I don't think it's a bug. This is intended behaviour. Does it happen even when there are no unsaved changes in gedit?
