Bug Description

To see the exact contributions described below, you need to switch to German first.

After shift-clicking a part of the annotations for "yes dot com",
the right-hand side history currently shows
  "... fügte eine Anmerkung hinzu www.yes.com/#WRZE"
which means "annotated", while it should show something like
  "... entfernte eine Anmerkung für ..." ("... deleted an annotation for ...").

Likewise, the full keyword history currently shows
  "... fügte eine Anmerkung hinzu http://www.yes.com/#WRZE für das Ergebnis test [de]".

The issues does not exist for suppressing suggested search terms and suppressing WISE applications, because correct handling was explicitly coded for these.

Analogous issues probably exist for all remaining removable contribution types:
* comments,
* background images,
* background HTML and
* image annotations, and the
* text annotations that this report is about.

By the way, when I removed the text annotation, my intent was to remove the "yes dot com" application from the "test" keyword.
How do I suppress an application for a keyword?
