Bug Description

Binary package hint: synaptic

This is an easy bug to replicate. In any section, select a few items, then resort the list (if it's sorted by name, sort by description, or installed version). The *positions* of the current selections in the list will be retained, which is incorrect behavior. The actual packages currently selected should be retained; their positions in the list will almost certainly change.
