Wire up grid for manage-members-view

The manage members view needs a listing of the current members, with a means to perform the moderator operations on the listing:

- Grant or revoke moderator access (as long as there will still be one moderator remaining.)

- Resend an email for a pending invitation.

- Remove a member/moderator from a community

All of these operations send a courtesy email.
