Bug Description
Binary package hint: compiz
Hi,
Using Ubuntu Jaunty (fresh install from alpha 4) up-to-date as of 9 Feb, with :
* compiz 1:0.7.8-0ubuntu9
* xserver-xorg 1:7.4~5ubuntu12
* nvidia-glx-180 180.27-0ubuntu1
* A nVidia 8600M GT on a Dell Vostro 1500
When my session starts, or when I try to start compiz during a session, the screen gets stuck on the wallpaper. If I look at "top", Xorg and compiz both take the whole CPU usage (total 100%). If I kill compiz (so falling back to metacity), the session starts (or resumes) normally.
Please let me know if you need additionnal informations
