Bug Description
With the current trunk version (r146) alsdorf did not take a resolution change into account and keeps on displaying new notifications at the middle of the screen (ie, at the side of a smaller screen).
I don't have a fully reproduceable path, but I used an external projector, cloned the display, switched to a lower resolution. Then disconnected the projector, switched back to full resolution. It was not really taken into account by the gnome-panel, so I xrandr --auto and relaunched compiz --replace to fix that.
Still after all that, the notification daemon was to still displaying notifications in the middle of the screen.
