Bug Description

If I copy a file from a removable drive to the CD/DVD Creator, and then remove the removable drive, burning the CD appears to work but the files don't appear on it. This should work without any prompting or user interaction. If that's not possible, it should prompt me to re-insert the removable drive. At the very least, it should inform me that the file is unavailable and refuse to burn; it should certainly not appear to work but silently not do so.

Note that the list is updated when the media is unmounted so you can notice what happens exactly

Ah, I agree, but the things I'd copied were inside directories, so I
couldn't see without opening those directories.

Can you still reproduce the problem on feisty/gutsy?
