droidbattles on CL does not work

Binary package hint: droidbattles

Droidbattles has a 'batch' mode that uses the -textmode switch acording to the man page, but none of the options work.
'droidbattles -textmode' always produces Segmentation Fault.
droidbattles -textmode -check config.cfg always produces ERROR! for every line of the config file.
droigbattles -textmode -assemble always produces "could not open file".

As far as I can tell, no option using the -textmode switch works at all.

3) The directions in the man pages are very clear.

4) Every command either produces an error or no output. However, all the same "commands" work as expected in the GUI.
