nvidia-cg-toolkit fail to download but mark as installed

Bug Description

Binary package hint: synaptic

Hi,

trying to install nvidia-cg-toolkit with synaptic fails during download but the package is after marked as correctly installed.

Installing via the command line (sudo apt-get install nvidia-cg-toolkit) download and install correctly.
