Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-applets

I'm not really sure this is a bug but:
If I set the governor to "Powersave" and then reboot I find the configuration changed back "Ondemand".
I'd like the applet to remember user's preferences.

Version: 2.24.1-0ubuntu1

I can't check it in the near future.

I think you can easily do it yourself, this will also speed things up.

that's not a bug but an upstream decision, the applet is not there to change the system default but to display the setting and allow you to change it manually during a session if required
