Jaunty alternate amd64 fails to install with unmet package dependencies

Bug Description

I tried to install from the daily build (6.Feb.), selected manual partition, configured network access via dhcp and entered a new user name and password.
Then while installing the system, the installation process stops with the following messages visible on tty4:

Please file this sort of bug against the broken package rather than against the installer (the installer is just the messenger).
